CREATIVE PROJECTMANAGER

We are PLAYAR, an AR studio with a team of fulltime & freelance designers, animators, developers and producers. While located in Antwerp (with a future hub in Amsterdam) we are true advocates of remote working. We create innovative, fun & engaging augmented reality experiences for brands and agencies on Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook & the web (WebAR). Since our company was founded in 2020, we have developed over 80 experiences for clients such as Disney, Samsung, Oreo, Danone, Coca Cola or the University of Antwerp

We currently have a FULL TIME or FREELANCE vacancy for a

 

CREATIVE PROJECTMANAGER

​

In this role you will: 

  • Spend your days owning the execution and delivery of all kinds of creative AR projects (campaigns, games, virtual try-ons) on a variety of platforms (Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram and the web).

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and team members during projects. You'll communicate with clients and team members in the office as well as remote

  • Distribute information and assets across teams and build relationships with our clients. 

  • Be king or queen of the scope by creating scoping documentation, estimates, creative briefs, timelines and other relevant project documentation.

  • Assist in the correct followup up of invoicing & payments

  • Educate clients with your enthusiasm & valuable insights from the results of our AR projects

  • Work in a small team of really nice and talented designers, 3D artists & developers and care about helping to take this team to the next level.

  • Keep a close eye on the evolution of AR platforms and the creative & technical possibilities as to guide our clients

You are:

  • Experienced as a project manager in a creative, interactive or experiential agency

  • A great communicator and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members and clients across all kinds of communication platforms

  • A master in project tooling like G-Suite, Asana, Harvest, Trello, and presentation tools like Keynote, Canva etc.

  • Fascinated by the possibilities of engaging consumers in fun, new and never-before-seen ways and want to surprise clients with our creative projects

  • Looking forward to work with a team that pushes the boundaries of consumer experiences on social platforms

  • Good spoken and written knowledge of English

You preferably:

  • Have good spoken and written knowledge of French 

  • Have Experience in Agile project delivery prefered

  • Know your way around creative tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma
